I set up a new patient appointment and was seen within a week of inquiring! I went in and told them my problem areas, my biggest insecurities with my teeth, and they made sure to address the items that were my biggest issues before anything else. I met with DA Jalisa and Dr Ellis both on my first appointment and they are a dream team! Both so welcoming and helpful! Jalisa is very personable and inviting which makes the x-rays and scans 10x more bearable than normal and Dr Ellis was so helpful in making sure exactly what my problem areas are were addressed with priority, and then built a treatment plan from there to help my overall oral health! Anna at the front desk was also amazing and helped me understand my insurance coverage and talked me through options that worked within my budget! Had a great cleaning experience at Russell Modern! I have some tooth sensitivity but Dr. Ellis did skillful work and kept my cleaning pain-free. Assistants Jalisa and Quynh were also capable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
