When one of my teeth broke earlier today, I had to find a new dentist. This could have been a very stressful experience, but the team at Russell Modern Dentistry made it so much less stressful and simple. It started with the front desk person, Anna, who answered my call, talked to me with kindness and understanding, and got me in just hours later. Then I met my care team: Dr. Ellis and her assistant, Quinn. They were kind, fast, and efficient, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Dr. Ellis did palliative care for my pain until the tooth could be extracted, and they helped me regarding payment options and my insurance billing as well. From top to bottom, truly just an amazing, positive staff that treats you with respect and kindness the entire way.
