They go above and beyond getting to the root of the problem. No pun intended.

I saw Dr Ellis for my first visit. It was wonderful. Talked to me like an equal. Understood that I live in my body daily and so I know what I need and what doesn't work. I have a lot of health issues including ehlers danlo and she was knowledgeable about it!!! That never happens. The dental assistants were personable and easy to talk with. I feel safe and confident in going there and will be bringing my son in, who has had issues with dental in the past. They understand and want to make him feel safe too.

I like the service I received here at Russell modern dentistry. Dr Ellis and also Anna were very nice and professional. Anna helped me out a lot in better understanding how insurances work, and when I have more funds to spend on my teeth. She deserves a raise! Also they have top the line machines and technology. Thank you RMD for your help. I will definitely recommend to my friends/ co workers.
